Return Policy
At MODRN, we want you to be satisfied with your routine. If your Depuff Pro doesn't meet your expectations in terms of quality or results, we'll make returning it as easy as possible.
30-Day Return Period
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return and a full refund.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the Depuff Pro must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at support@getmodrn.com. Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief explanation of the reason for your return.
Please note:
- Shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense.
- To process your refund, we require proof of shipment with a valid track & trace number.
- Once we have received and inspected the product, we will arrange a refund or a replacement — depending on your preference.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
- Upon approval, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Depuff Pro arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@getmodrn.com. We will send you instructions for returning the item and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Because we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible, you can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order will have already been processed for shipment.
