Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our hub within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a track & trace number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free. No hidden costs or surprises at checkout. Whether you order one roller or the Buddy Bundle — shipping is on us. €0.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is:
- 7-12 business days.
Please note that things like customs clearance or delays with the local delivery service can sometimes affect this time. Your package is always fully insured and comes with track & trace.
Cancel order or change address
We work fast. You have 2 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or address change. After 2 hours, your order is already being processed in our system and cannot be modified.
